An overview to the rise of ignorance in the world
Laziness, Ignorance and Procrastination. These three things make up a growing ignorance epidemic in the increasingly digitally-connected world. As people become more and more connected digitally, addiction to the digital world kicks in. People start doom-scrolling, children of today are brainrotten and the only vocabulary they know is skibidi and tung tung tung sahur, children all over the world are hooked to ipads, commuters on the train hooked to their phones, scrolling through the made-up world of social media with made-up and ridiculously unachievable standards. Years ago, in a world without so much technology, children played outside, students hanged out with their friends, adults spent time with their family at the dinner table, but today everyone is chasing unachievable standards without a single f-word for their health because their favourite celebrities make these standards feel like the new normal. Their favourite celebrities might not even get a single cent out of whatever they are promoting and yet people try to follow ridiculous standards, many of which set by profit-hungry companies. In fact, some celebrities are even being exploited by their companies, many of whom forced to shut up when they try to expose the truth and threatened with the loss of their career and fearmongered into thinking that society dislikes them if they don't keep up with ridiculous standards.
Sadly, there is too less people in the world who have stood up, broke free from the chain of ignorance and spoke up about the ignorance epidemic. The ignorance epidemic is so serious that people are literally losing their lives or are in poor health due to oppression, losing their lives due to being tricked into thinking ridiculously-high standards are the norm and now people are too lazy to speak up against oppression.
In this article, I am going to tell you a story about ignorance in the bus community.
A convo with a brit
I finished my previous blog post at around 4+ in the morning and thought I could go and sleep, however, I saw a comment from a British bus enthusiast who said they were confused about what was going on. I decided to take my time and asked them how they discovered my posts on Instagram and they told me they discovered them while scrolling through their feed.
Then they asked me what on earth was going on. I explained what happened. I told them a popular bus driver named Muhd Naz Farihin looked like a nice guy on the outside, but behind-the-scenes, he screws critics upside down for telling the world the truth. The bus enthusiast then asked me if everything happened all because I was not let onboard his bus. I replied his question minutes later. In the meantime I continued to explain to the bus enthusiast that Naz would take false rumours from random people and use his blind followers as smearing devices to redistribute the false rumours, something that I have brought up in previous blog posts (do check them out).
Once I was done saying why Muhd Naz Farihin was in the wrong, I explained why Naz was even reported to the police. I said it was never because he said I could not ride his bus. The only reason why he got reported to the police in the end was because when I arrived at the police station, I suddenly remembered about the 2023 incident, something I have covered before in my previous blog posts (once again, do check them out).
Suddenly, the bus enthusiast said whatever I was doing was blackmail and said I had something wrong in my head and claimed I am the problem. I asked them what did he mean by blackmail and I asked them why do they think I had something wrong in my head just because I am a victim of a smear campaign. He replied with a skull emoji. Then using my experience as a K-pop fan, I replied: "Do you know how many people have died from smear campaigns against them?" (A reference to late K-pop idol Sulli) and "It has already happened to celebrities" (Referring to the countless celebrities who could not stand the hate against them and have taken their lives). Then I told them I do not want such things to happen in the bus fan community (referring to the fact that I knew bus enthusiasts who are already suffering from depression because of hate, just like how many K-pop idols could be suffering from the same things behind-the-scenes. The bus enthusiast was too lazy to be a listening ear and learn more about a serious matter in the bus community and the world. He said "Blocked Good Bye" and proceeded to block me, not before I said I knew people who were literally on the brink of ending themselves.
The above conversation shows how people of the current day are too ignorant to care about matters that literally concern life and death. But before continue talking about the ignorance epidemic, there is now a question to answer. Is reporting someone for trying to oppress you because you exposed the truth really considered blackmail?
As you can see, nothing I have done by filing a police report against someone oppressing me for telling the truth is considered blackmail. Using a fact of someone to pressure someone into not getting something else disclosed is totally different from honest individuals exposing the truth about their oppressors. So tl:dr, no blackmailing has been done by me.
Why ignorance is a big problem in the bus community.
Ignorance is a big problem inside the bus community because bus enthusiasts are too lazy to actually listen to fellow bus enthusiasts who are being smeared and oppressed by people who are trying to hide the truth from the world. Try to tell the world to stop bullying you for being suicidal? Those people give no f-words and cause you to become more suicidal and cut yourself, something that someone I know is currently experiencing. Try to speak up for yourself? All the bus community would only do is to smear you more, manipulate the next generation of bus fans into going against you and trying to throw you down a endless spiral of depression and only stop when you are dead and suddenly act very sympathetic and cry in front of your coffin but then by then it would be too late, no matter how hard they cry, how heavy they flood the world with their crocodile tears with, by then nothing they do can make you alive again, By then this two-faced individuals won't be able to use crocodile tears, to un-choke a person who hanged themselves or reassemble the shattered bones and damaged organs of a person who took their lives by jumping of a building or remove a bullet from someone who killed themselves by sending a projectile into their head and restore the consciousness of these people. It's too late. Bus enthusiasts are too ignorant to prevent someone from taking the irreversible route of suicide and actually care for their mental health for once.
Are there really cases of bus enthusiasts being forced into a depression spiral?
Sadly, there are. Here are two cases. The first case is a case where a bus enthusiast who is suffering from a mental health crisis being brushed off as a joke. He has threatened to jump down a building over bullying and even cut himself over this, It is ridiculous how bus enthusiasts only wish to see him dead, one even told my friend that that the said bus enthusiast's favourite song was 'I Believe I Can Fly' and 'Jumping Off The Building'. It shows how many are ignorant and are only waiting for him to die and then when that actually happens, they will suddenly act like they feel sorry towards the family but in reality everything they say is just a skit.
The second case is victims of a bus enthusiast name Yan Yu Xiang Shaun sexually assaulting and harassing boys and girls under the age of 18. His victims including me were driven into considering suicide. He raped a 14-year-old girl in 2022 when he was 17. The girl considered and attempted suicide because of him. I was harassed over the phone by Shaun Yan and was driven to consider suicide because of his harassment. I was forced to stay silent because I was scared that he would hurt me if I exposed him. He has threatened to harm me and asked people to hunt me down multiple times in the past. A police report was made against him on 19 February 2025 but the case was closed after Shaun Yan was asked to stop contacting me. No action has been taken since then and as we speak he has been looking for new victims. I will disclose more information about Shaun Yan another day.
Now that I have finished providing background information about ignorance in the bus community, it's time to answer the main question:
Should Naz's actions really be ignored?
As I have said in my previous blog posts, I was driven to the point of considering suicide due to his smear campaign against me. Because he is actively getting his blind followers to smear innocent individuals, what he is doing could drive more people into considering suicide. The worst case scenario is an actual suicide case happening as a result of Naz's smear campaigns.
